1. The buyer selects the desired product and pays for it.2. The seller confirms the order and posts the product (s) by the agreed shipping method.3. To prevent fraud, HeyHorsy holds money until the product reaches the buyer.4. On the day the package arrives, the buyer needs to confirm the order in the chat with the seller ("Mark the order completed" button).5. The money will be transferred to the seller's account and the product can be deactivated from his/her profile. The money will be transferred within 7 days after the buyer confirms that he/she happily received the gear.
